1. Purpose

This website presents information about YMME Hotels' partnership model, technology and brand. Figures, case studies and projections are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer, investment advice, or a guarantee of results.

2. Intellectual property

All content, design, text, code and marks are the property of the YMME legal entity or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names are used for comparison only and remain the property of their owners.

3. Enquiries & relationship

Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership or contractual relationship. Any partnership is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed by the YMME legal entity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
